Dog Handler

For the winter season 2026/27, we are looking for motivated dog handlers for the period from October 1, 2026 to April 15, 2027 to help care for our approximately 120 Siberian and Alaskan Huskies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Feeding the dogs and preparing their food
  • Cleaning and maintaining the kennels
  • Preparing dog teams for tours (bringing dogs out of the kennels, harnessing, fitting harnesses and booties)
  • Checking and caring for the dogs for example the paws
  • Carrying out all general tasks in and around the kennel
  • Assisting and supporting our guests if needed

What You Bring:

  • Very good physical condition and willingness to work hard 6 days per week
  • Ideally, experience working with animals
  • Passion for outdoor life and an active lifestyle
  • Ability to work well in a team and reliability
  • Comfortable working in very cold temperatures

Musher

For the winter season 2026/27, we are looking for an experienced musher to join our team and guide our guests on unforgettable dog sled tours.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Leading dog sled tours (short trips and multi-day expeditions)
  • Preparing tours (shopping for food supplies, preparing dog teams, briefing and assisting guests)
  • Carrying out all general tasks in and around the kennel

What You Bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience as musher / dogsled guide
  • Very good physical condition and willingness to work hard 6 days per week
  • Team spirit and reliability
  • Passion for working with guests and creating unforgettable holiday experiences

Camp Host (Winter Season 2026/27)

For the winter season 2026/27, (mid-November to mid mid-April) we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Camp Host for our remote wilderness camp located in the heart of the Lapland winter landscape.

You can expect a unique workplace with simple cabins, far away from everyday life – ideal for people who love nature. This position is especially suitable for a couple who would like to create unforgettable experiences for our guests together.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and taking care of our guests
  • Preparing all meals
  • Cleaning and preparing guest accommodations
  • Maintaining the camp (snow shoveling, cleaning and heating the sauna, fetching water, etc.)
  • Supporting general organizational tasks
  • Acting as a point of contact for guests’ questions and needs

What You Bring:

  • Enjoy working with people and a strong service mindset
  • Experience in service and/or as a cook
  • Ability to prepare and serve simple meals for up to 20 guests
  • Independent, reliable, and flexible working style
  • Team spirit
  • Passion for outdoor life and living in the wilderness
  • Good physical condition and resilience
